Product Overview
The Kyoritsu KEW 8148 is a high-precision clamp sensor designed for both leakage current and load current measurement, making it an essential diagnostic tool for electricians, maintenance engineers, and energy auditors. Its large jaw opening allows it to clamp conductors up to 68 mm in diameter, enabling easy measurement on thick cables, busbars, and multi-core wires without breaking the circuit.
Engineered for accuracy, the KEW 8148 measures AC current up to 100 A with excellent sensitivity, making it suitable for detecting small leakage currents in electrical installations as well as monitoring load currents in residential, commercial, and industrial environments. It provides a clean and stable voltage output (50 mV/A), allowing seamless connection to power meters, loggers, and analyzers via its Mini-DIN 6-pin connector.
