Product Overview
The KEW 813 Flexible Clamp Sensor is part of Kyoritsu’s series of flexible clamp sensors designed for measuring alternating-current (AC) in conductors that may be large, awkwardly shaped, or located in tight/difficult-to-access spaces. The flexible “coil-type” sensor lets technicians wrap the sensor around cables more easily than with rigid clamp meters — useful for thick bundled cables or multi-conductor lines. Flexible sensors like those in the same series meet international safety standards (e.g. IEC 61010-1 / CAT III / CAT IV depending on type) and are meant to be used with compatible clamp-meter devices or recorders rather than as standalone meters.
